Work in progress

This site is still being built

The Foundation is building in the open. What you see here is current and honest, but it is not finished — read it as where we are today, not as a final statement.

Between now and MainNet, things will change: wording, structure, images, and figures. Some pages are placeholders. Where a photograph stands in for a person, it is a stock image, not the individual named.

The wider ZooBC ecosystem arrives in stages. The wallet, the explorer, the community forum, and the social channels each come online as MainNet approaches, and this site grows alongside them.

If something reads wrong, looks broken, or seems misleading, tell us. Feedback now is worth more to us than a polished launch later.

Vote on times and submit questions for two ZooBC AMA sessions

Two AMA sessions are open for questions and time voting: a general introduction to ZooBC and a technical deep dive. Work has also started on browser signing and a hardware wallet bridge.

Browser signing and hardware wallet work

A browser plugin for signing transactions is being published. It is intended to let people use browser-based ZooBC projects without exposing their private key or seed to the website.

A bridge to a hardware wallet is also in development and is planned for publication alongside MainNet. The aim is to protect the private key while supporting as many ZooBC transaction types as possible.

ZooBC has about 60 kinds of transactions to be signed, so there will probably be a special edition of another wallet for ZooBC.

More detailed news about the other work will be published soon.
