The Foundation is building in the open. What you see here is current and honest, but it is not finished — read it as where we are today, not as a final statement.

Between now and MainNet, things will change: wording, structure, images, and figures. Some pages are placeholders. Where a photograph stands in for a person, it is a stock image, not the individual named.

The wider ZooBC ecosystem arrives in stages. The wallet, the explorer, the community forum, and the social channels each come online as MainNet approaches, and this site grows alongside them.

If something reads wrong, looks broken, or seems misleading, tell us. Feedback now is worth more to us than a polished launch later.

zoobc.how opens with quizzes and an editable ZooBC wiki

zoobc.how is live in eight languages, with five quizzes and a wiki explaining how ZooBC works. Players can test their knowledge, review every answer and help improve the material.

Learn and test your knowledge

zoobc.how is now open in eight languages: English, 中文, Русский, Italiano, Español, Français, 日本語 and 한국어.

The quiz presents ten questions drawn from a bank of 184, written and checked against the ZooBC 0.5.8 code. Questions can have one or more correct answers, with partial credit available.

If you are stuck, the Help button provides a diagram and explains the idea behind the question. Using Help means that question scores zero. At the end, you receive your score and an explanation for every answer.

You can play without an account. With a free account, you can see your results and receive your certificate.

Five tests

The site has five tests:

  • All of ZooBC
  • What ZooBC can do
  • Integrating ZooBC
  • Building on ZooBC
  • The protocol

Each test has a shareable certificate showing your best score. You can retake the tests as often as you like.

An open wiki

Every quiz explanation links to the ZooBC wiki.

The wiki contains about 95 articles covering Proof of Participation, running a node, transactions, tokens and markets, data storage, apps, integrations, economics and security. It also includes a glossary of ZooBC terms.

Anyone with an account can correct a page, add an example or translate it. Changes are reviewed before they go live.

MainNet reward

ZooBC MainNet is planned for Q1 2027. When it launches, the top 10% of players on the All of ZooBC test will receive a reward.

To be eligible, add the ZBC address where you want to receive the reward on your results page. Final terms have not yet been published; they will be available before MainNet.

Help improve the material

If a question is wrong or unclear, use “Something wrong with this question?” beneath it.

If you know a topic well, you can improve its wiki page. Players who score highly can also help others by answering questions here and on Telegram, and by explaining how ZooBC compares with chains people already know.
